Job Description:Lead and oversee the design, delivery, and implementation of enterprise data and analytics solutions. Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define roadmaps, develop scalable data platforms, and deliver data products that support strategic business objectives. Responsible for both technical leadership and program delivery execution across multiple initiatives
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Drive platform strategy for Databricks, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and cloud-native data services.
- Identify opportunities to modernize data platforms and accelerate analytics adoption.
- Develop and maintain roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Own end-to-end delivery of data initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Manage timelines, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting. Coordinate delivery across business, architecture, infrastructure, governance, and engineering teams.
- Lead release planning and deployment activities across DEV, SIT, PAT, and PROD environments.
- Design and implement enterprise data pipelines and data products and Perform code reviews Partner with Product Owners, Business Leads, Architects, and Technology Teams.
- Present roadmaps, status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree, preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Databricks (Lakehouse Architecture); Apache Spark; PySpark; Python; SQL (Advanced)
- Data Modeling ETL / ELT Design Patterns;
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2) ; Azure Data Factory (ADF); Azure DevOps; Azure Monitoring & Logging; Azure Security & Access Management
- Databricks, Unity Catalog, Databricks Apps
