Full Job Description
With the continued growth of our business, we are looking to add a Solution Consultant to support our commercial/small enterprise sales team of Client Specialists. This role is ideally suited to someone who has been in pre-sales for 2-3 years and looking for their next challenge. The focus of the Solution Consulting organization is to excite our prospects/customers by creating and delivering innovative presentations and value propositions that showcase the Nexthink platform by matching technical capabilities to required business outcomes for executive and technical audiences. Working as the technical expert for the sales team, the Inside Solution Consultant will support 4-6 Client Specialists. You will work collaboratively with sales, professional services, customer success and partners to understand business priorities and provide the technical sales support necessary in pursuit of fast moving sales engagements. This role reports to the Solution Consulting Leadership team but works hand in hand with the initiatives set by the regional sales directors across the United States Key elements and responsibilities are described below: The role: 3 Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and other relevant activities to gain a technical close/win. 3 Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate our solutions, effectively communicating our core value proposition and key differentiators in the market. 3 Demonstrate how the Nexthink platform can support overall customer initiatives and how this provides positive business outcomes and overall value. 3 Partner and collaborate with the sales team to help qualify sales opportunities and align to Nexthink business outcomes. 3 Work with multiple customer stakeholders in different functions such as End User Computing, IT Operations and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value. This requires a passion and enthusiasm for introducing disruptive technology in a fast-growing market. 3 Complete the technical sections of security questionnaires, RFI's and RFP's. 3 Run and facilitate different types of technical validations with prospects to enable them to fully understand how Nexthink can address their challenges, including but not limited to POC/POV. 3 Participate in webinars/marketing events. 3 The role will be based out of our Boston office, with the requirement to be in our Boston office 3 days per week (2 days work from home). 3 Occasional travel will be required within the US and internationally. Qualifications 3 3+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions to mid-to-large sized businesses 3 Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals in a high-velocity, transactional sales motion 3 Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market 3 Experience in one or more of the following areas: 3 Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management 3 Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions 3 Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects 3 ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines 3 Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines 3 Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments 3 Strong business acumen - able to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions 3 An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, with the judgment to know when to escalate 3 Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business 3 Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to engage business owners and IT leaders 3 A team player who thrives on finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Additional Information This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing, successful and innovative company.
