Roles & Responsibilities
• *Role: Agentforce Solution Architect
• We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional to design and build AI agents on Agentforce for sales.
• use case (lead qualification and proactive, data-triggered sales recommendations).
• *Key responsibilities: *
• • Design and build Agentforce agents topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails
• • Develop supporting automation in Flow and Apex on Sales Cloud
• • Configure Data Cloud (ingestion, calculated insights, triggers) so agents can act on data proactively
• • Integrate with other systems via APIs
• • Test, tune, and deploy agents; support live demos and client workshops
• *Required skills:*
• • Hands-on Agentforce experience (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, agent testing)
• • Strong Salesforce platform skills: Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, APIs
• • Data Cloud experience (data streams, insights, triggers)
• • Good understanding of prompt design and AI agent behavior
• • Strong communication skills comfortable presenting to clients
• *Nice to have: *
• • Certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant
Education: Bachelors degree

Salary Range: $100000 - $120000 a year
