Full Job Description
The Project Manager job position is for the employee with essential knowledge, skills, and experience for analyzing, planning, managing, and documenting software requirements specifications and software development.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with different requirements specifications techniques to analyze and document software requirements specifications.
  • Participate in requirements discovery sessions and meetings.
  • Produce and review user stories, use cases, and other artifacts needed for software requirements documentation.
  • Review and discuss the project's artifacts related to software requirements specifications.
  • Work with software architects to understand and document technical requirements specifications about systems integrations, security, performance, usability, accessibility, etc.
  • Produce and maintain product backlog items.
  • Produce and discuss Software Requirements Specifications documentation.

Design
  • Participate in software and solutions design processes and artifacts creation.
  • Participate in design review processes and meetings.
  • Review and discuss project artifacts related to design processes.

Maintenance
  • Discuss and coordinate debugging and correction o solutions or software defects with senior developers or architects.
  • Review and discuss maintenance artifacts and processes with software architects or senior developers.
  • Review and document the results of debugging, fixes, and corrections performed by development teams.

Management
  • Produce project schedules and estimated timelines for major deliverables, meetings, and project stages.
  • Assist in the preparation of experience-based quantitative estimations.
  • Participate in daily Scrum or daily Kanban meetings.
  • Participate in retrospective meetings or sessions.
  • Coordinate and participate in sprint reviews.
  • Participate in a story point or effort estimation session.
  • Participate in a sprint planning
  • Review and discuss project artifacts related to management.
  • Produce status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Produce required documentation for a project for Sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
  • Report development team's capacity and velocity.

Quality
  • Review and discuss the project's quality metrics and quality-related release criteria.
  • Review and discuss the quality plan.
  • Review and discuss the project's Definition of Done.
  • Review and discuss project artifacts related to quality.


Experience:

The employee must have at least three (3) years of similar duties and responsibilities described in this document.

Education:

The employee must hold a bachelor's degree in a management-related field and two years of equivalent working experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar position.
