About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, modernize, and support critical applications within the Field Rewards technology portfolio. This role will be responsible for building scalable cloud-native solutions, developing microservices and user interfaces, automating operational processes, and driving application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across full stack development, cloud technologies, container platforms, CI/CD automation, and modern software engineering practices.

  • Design and implement batch processing, data integration, and automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Containerize and deploy applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
  • Support production releases, troubleshooting, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business partners to deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.


What You'll bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

$118,960.00 USD - $178,440.00 USD

Structure 115:

$124,400.00 USD - $186,600.00 USD
