You will collaborate with exceptional teams, design solutions for complex technical challenges, and grow your experience with cloud infrastructure and AI. Your impact

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to a large-scale codebase that deploys daily across AWS, GCP, Azure, and GovCloud environments. You will build customer-facing solutions and internal tools that allow engineering teams to manage infrastructure efficiently. Success means delivering production-ready changes, maintaining system health, and participating in team-supported on-call rotations to solve critical incidents. We are excited for you to apply AI to real-world engineering problems and help us optimize our development workflows!

  • Build and maintain production services and self-service abstractions to facilitate strategic projects for thousands of customers.


  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot multi-cloud systems while tuning alerts to improve system visibility for 99.9% uptime.


  • Develop AI-powered tools to automate engineering workflows, reducing configuration time by 20 percent.


Minimum qualifications

  • Meet one of the following (completed within the past 3 years or expected to be completed within the next 12 months):


-A Master's degree with 0 years of work experience; or

-A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience

Qualifying education and work experience should be in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Software Development, data structures, and algorithms, using languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.


  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure with a focus on building or scaling secure services.


  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.


  • Foundational understanding of continuous delivery, automated testing, and system observability.


Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker containers in production environments.


  • Strong command of Unix/Linux terminal environments and shell scripting.


  • Exposure to distributed programming concepts, including distributed databases and concurrency control.


  • Knowledge of cloud-specific concepts such as region management, availability zones, and high-availability strategies in AWS, GCP, or Azure.


  • Demonstrated initiative in owning technical projects with a proactive approach to continuous learning and mentorship.
