Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings for enterprise data integration
- Build and support data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange
- Extract and process data from mainframe sources (VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, DB2)
- Implement complex data transformations and business rules
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning
- Work with relational databases such as Oracle, Mongo DB, SQL Server, or Teradata
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, and provide support
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Create and maintain technical documentation (mappings, workflows)
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and application teams to clarify data requirements
Preferred Skills:- Hands-on experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange
- Strong experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines
- Proven ability to work with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, and NoSQL platforms like MongoDB
- Solid understanding of data integration from mainframe sources, including VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, and DB2
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning
- Experience implementing complex data transformations, business rules, and data quality checks
- Knowledge of ETL job monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support processes
- Strong background in technical documentation, including ETL mappings, workflows, and design specifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, QA, and application teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness across enterprise data systems

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,000.00 - $121,900.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
