Aboutthe Role

Join the team behind MyEvolv, Netsmart's industry-leading electronic health record (EHR) platform supporting behavioral health and human services organizations. As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and support innovative software solutions that help healthcare providers deliver better outcomes forthe communities they serve.

In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality applicationsusing .NET, C#, and SQL. You'll gain exposure to cloud technologies, healthcare workflows, and modern software development practices while contributing to products that make a meaningful impact across the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Participatein all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Design,develop, and maintain software solutions primarily using C#, .NET, and SQL technologies.
  • Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Writeclean, maintainable, and high-quality code that follows engineering standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshootapplication, database, and integration issues through debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Developand execute automated and manual tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Participatein Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical design discussions, and peer code reviews.
