Job Duties: Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Senior Manager-related occupation.
Position requires:
- Cybersecurity program development and management including governance, risk, and compliance (GRC);
- Security architecture design for enterprise and cloud-based environments;
- Identity and access management (IAM) including SSO, MFA, and identity governance;
- Security operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management;
- Data protection including encryption, data loss prevention, and regulatory compliance including PCI DSS, SOC 2, or ISO 27001;
- Network and communications security including zero trust architecture and firewall management;
- Cloud security including deployment and management of security controls across AWS and Azure platforms;
- People management including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and leading security engineering teams;
- Technical strategy and innovation management including roadmap planning, technology evaluation, and adoption of emerging security technologies; and
- Secure software development lifecycle and DevSecOps including integration of security into development pipelines, static and dynamic code analysis, and security automation
QualificationsUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $133,100 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
