Description

This position will work with stakeholders to identify the needs of the business and partner with IT leadership to develop solutions to address those needs. In addition, this role will help plan and manage software development projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with stakeholders to define and document business requirements
  • Collaborate with design team on prototypes of project solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT leadership to design and implement projects.
  • Manages assigned software development projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project.
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected team members and stakeholders.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.


NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Ensure work area is clean and organized.
  • Attend staff team building events.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to fifteen pounds at times.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:
  • At least three years of related experience working with software projects.


PREFERRED:
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
