Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on a team to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions for drug supply management.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and client needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their business requirements into software solutions.
• Document all requirements in detail within specification templates.
• Lead internal team reviews and address design questions during the build process.
• Facilitate client reviews of IRT specifications and obtain necessary approvals.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage test scripts and data setup.
• Support system redesign or feature implementation during maintenance periods.
