Responsibilities Responsibilities Collaborate with product engineering teams to design, develop, and launch scalable, high-performance systems for video services. Develop infrastructure automation tools to continuously measure and monitor service availability, latency, throughput, and overall system health, ensuring scalable growth and sustained system performance. Execute end-to-end lifecycle management of critical systems, including implementing structured change management process, conducting safe and efficient deployments, coordinating ongoing operations, and performing emergency response efforts. Monitor distributed systems in production, using observability tools and dashboards to detect anomalies, troubleshoot incidents, and uphold service level agreements and quality assurance metrics. Drive continuous improvement across all stages of the infrastructure lifecycle, from design and development through to deployment, monitoring and iterative refinement based on user feedback and system performance data. Qualifications Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
