Position SummaryThe Building People, LLC seeks a Central Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage receiving, shipping, and purchase-cost analysis functions supporting the AFRL Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX).
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee Central Shipping and Receiving operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and package security.
- Perform purchase request cost analysis, verifying costs using RSMeans.
- Coordinate with the COR and Contract Manager on procurement approvals and cost
Notice $90-100k/yr Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience managing and overseeing Central Shipping and Receiving operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in purchase request cost analysis, including verifying costs in RSMeans.
Certifications & Screening- Ability to obtain a favorable NACI or Tier 1 background investigation and CAC.
Preferred Qualifications- Forklift operator certification.
