This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.

As part of a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, fabricators and Project Managers, you will lead all Material Planning efforts. Your team will manage all raw material procurement, leases and rentals of equipment, and outsourcing for a major internal Tooling and Ground Support Equipment Fabrication Shop within Blue Origin. This fast-paced manufacturing environment allows for rewarding deliverables supporting Blue Origin's rapid tooling and prototype needs.

- Shifts available: A Shift Day 8:00am - 4:30pm

- Interview will include a technical assessment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead Material Planners

- Mentor, Guide, and Lead Material Planning Team

- Contribute to Material Planning processes and best practices

- Create teambuilding and synergy within the team

- Manage recordkeeping and internal ticket documentation efforts

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- 10 years experience in detail-oriented project or material management

- Ability to multitask across numerous simultaneous projects, meetings, and requests.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications

- Interpersonal skills allowing effective communication with team members, internal customers, and suppliers - Experience with Coupa, Windchill, Costpoint, Creo and Buyonic
