Role description

  • Elicit document and validate business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states
  • Configure Salesforce objects fields page layouts record types and validation rules
  • Manage workflows process builder flows and approval processes
  • Support declarative customizations without code using Flow reports and dashboards
  • Act as the bridge between business users and the technicaldevelopment team
  • Facilitate workshops JAD sessions and requirement walkthroughs
  • Manage expectations and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Oversee data migration cleansing and mapping activities
  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce objects
  • Create and manage data dictionaries and field mapping documents
  • Develop test cases test scripts and UAT User Acceptance Testing plans
  • Coordinate and support endusers during UAT cycles
  • Log track and manage defects through resolution
  • Maintain BRDs Business Requirement Documents FRDs process flows and user stories
  • Document ASIS and TOBE process maps
  • Keep configuration workbooks and change logs up to date
