As a
Services Experienced Professional- Commissioning, you will be responsible for:
- Performing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software products and solutions at customer locations.
- Ensuring service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Supporting Site Leads in project execution and maintaining accurate installation and commissioning documentation.
- Identifying issues proactively and taking initiative to resolve them to ensure project and service success.
- Completing service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Driving customer satisfaction through quality execution and supporting business growth initiatives.
To Be Successful in This Role You Will:- Have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Engineering Technology.
- Have experience using hand tools and working with machinery in a production or industrial environment.
- Have strong technical and customer service skills with direct client interaction experience.
- Have basic hands-on experience with networking components (routers, Ethernet cables, switches, etc.).
- Have to be able to travel up to 80% of the time, including short-notice assignments during peak seasons.
- Have demonstrate the ability to work independently with solid problem-solving skills.
