Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop workflows and customize forms in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Now Assist features.
• Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with tools like PagerDuty and Ansible.
• Understanding of both on-premises and AWS infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities
