Full Job Description
Leidos is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program. We are especially interested in connecting with current incumbent personnel supporting this mission who are interested in continuing their work and bringing their valuable mission knowledge and experience to Leidos.

Position Summary

The IT Governance & Service Management (PMO) role provides centralized governance, service management oversight, performance management, and program controls across the FOCUS IT service environment. The position supports effective execution of service delivery objectives, ensures alignment with established governance processes, monitors service-level performance, and provides management visibility into risks, issues, dependencies, corrective actions, and continuous improvement opportunities.

The position serves as a central coordination point between program management, service delivery teams, TSA stakeholders, and supporting functional organizations to promote consistent, accountable, and auditable IT service delivery.

Work Location

Remote, with onsite presence as required by program leadership.

Essential Duties
  • Establish and maintain governance processes, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and management controls supporting FOCUS IT service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance, SLA metrics, Grade of Service trends, operational measures, and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate recurring governance and operational reviews with TSA, program leadership, service owners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain program risk, issue, opportunity, dependency, and corrective-action registers and coordinate mitigation activities.
  • Track commitments, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and performance across assigned service areas.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards, status reports, performance reports, and executive-level briefings.
  • Identify trends, performance risks, recurring service issues, and opportunities for process and service improvement.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and continuous-improvement initiatives across operational teams.
  • Support quality reviews, audit readiness, compliance activities, and maintenance of supporting evidence.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information is maintained in approved systems of record.
  • Coordinate governance activities across Service Desk, Desktop Support, ServiceNow, Asset Management, WebEOC, Project Management, and other FOCUS service areas.
  • Support transition, operational readiness, and ongoing service-management activities as required.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. In lieu of degree, additional experience may be required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
  • Relevant experience supporting IT governance, IT service management, program management, performance management, or PMO functions in an enterprise or federal IT environment.
  • Strong communication, documentation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within defined service management processes, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with government, contractor, technical, and functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a mission-focused environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • TSA, DHS, or other federal IT program experience.
  • Experience with ITSM/ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management platforms.
  • Experience developing SLA/performance dashboards, governance reporting, and executive briefings.
  • PMP, ITIL, or comparable professional certification is desirable.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
