ServiceNow Solution EngineerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeServiceNow Solution EngineerAbout the RoleAs a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will make an impact by designing scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical teams, process owners, and executive sponsors to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
In this role, you will:- Lead solution architecture and technical design for ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements.
- Define platform, integration, and application architecture while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
- Partner with clients and project teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide guidance on configuration, customization, governance, and technical debt management.
- Evaluate integration approaches and recommend architecture patterns that support future scalability and maintainability.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Support implementation teams through design reviews, technical guidance, and solution validation.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification.
- Two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SecOps/GRC, or similar).
- Experience participating in multiple ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, integrations, APIs, web services, and platform architecture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
These Will Help You Stand Out- ITIL v4, TOGAF, IT4IT, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
- Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:Applicants will be accepted till 8/20/2026
The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $87,000 - $102,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
