Summary:
The ServiceNow Architect role is responsible for providing consultative work involving the design of processes, applications, technology and data architectures that establish the direction for portfolios. The ServiceNow Architect ensures alignment of the portfolio with business strategies and industry direction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience/training required.
  2. License/Certifications: ServiceNow Certification(s), ITIL Foundation 3 or 4 preferred.
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in analysis and design within the software developer lifecycle required. Four years of experience in designing and building in the ServiceNow platform preferred.


Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $113,360.00 to $153,379.20 per year.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
