  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders, program leadership, and executive sponsors.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, delivery metrics, risks, quality indicators, budget performance, and go-live readiness.
  • Lead program governance processes including steering committee meetings, delivery reviews, risk assessments, and escalation forums.
  • Establish and maintain RAID management processes, ensuring timely identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution of program risks and issues.
  • Facilitate resolution of blockers affecting migration execution, testing activities, platform deployment, environment readiness, and production releases.
  • Coordinate release planning, go-live readiness assessments, cutover activities, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
  • Drive resource planning and capacity management across delivery teams, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and alignment to migration priorities.
  • Oversee quality assurance, performance validation, security assessments, operational readiness reviews, and production deployment approvals.
  • Coordinate transition activities from migration execution teams to operational support organizations and steady-state service management.
  • Monitor post-deployment support activities, service performance, operational effectiveness, and long-term platform adoption objectives.
  • Track program financials, delivery forecasts, resource utilization, and vendor performance to ensure contractual commitments and business objectives are achieved.
  • Assist with strategic transformation initiatives and provide leadership across complex technology modernization programs.

  • Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and issue resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities within fast-paced transformation environments.
  • Strong delivery governance, planning, and operational execution expertise.
