Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager / Service Delivery & Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate IT service delivery activities within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient, and integrated IT services across infrastructure, applications, networking, security, end-user support, and third-party service providers.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers to ensure operational excellence, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical to maintaining technology services that support business operations and a 24/7 production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and service delivery for assigned facilities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of applications, infrastructure, networking, security, and end-user computing services.
  • Lead incident management and problem resolution efforts, minimizing business disruption and driving root-cause analysis.
  • Coordinate change management activities following ITIL best practices and established service management processes.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide regular updates regarding IT service performance and initiatives.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate resources to resolve critical operational issues.
  • Support audit, compliance, governance, and security initiatives, including local regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution activities.
  • Monitor service provider performance and ensure compliance with service-level expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and lead service enhancement initiatives.
  • Support IT financial processes, including purchase orders, invoice approvals, and service provisioning activities.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Service Management.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, or production environments.
  • Proven success managing Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with managed service providers, vendors, or outsourced support teams.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise IT environments.
  • Knowledge of applications, infrastructure, end-user computing, hosting, networking, and security services.
  • Experience working with compliance, audit, and governance processes.
  • Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and service excellence.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
