Title: Software Engineer II
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time
Employment Time: Contract, 3 Months with possibility for extension based on performance and business needs.
Compensation: $64.13/hr W2

About the Role:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge engineering team building large-scale data and infrastructure platforms. This opportunity is ideal for new graduates and early-career software engineers who have already demonstrated exceptional technical ability through internships, research, open-source contributions, competitive programming, or significant software projects. The team is particularly interested in highly accomplished early-career candidates who have built complex systems and shown strong engineering fundamentals.

In this role, you'll contribute to production systems that support large-scale data processing, quality validation, discovery, training workflows, and automation. You'll have the opportunity to own meaningful technical projects, work closely with experienced engineers, and participate in the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience building backend systems, distributed systems, developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or data-intensive applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong programming experience with:

  • GitHub portfolio demonstrating meaningful technical work.
  • Experience with developer infrastructure, data platforms, or ML platforms.
  • Experience working with AI, LLM, or agentic workflow projects.
  • Competitive internships or experience with high-engineering-bar technology organizations.
