Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Zuora Administrator to support our core revenue systems, including Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and Intacct. You will report to the Sr Director, Enterprise Architecture and be directly responsible for complex system configuration, integrations, administration and other related tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Complete hands-on development, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks for financial applications including Zuora Billing, Zuora RevPro, and Intacct
  • Troubleshoot errors and issues related to invoicing, subscription changes, account issues, integration issues, etc.
  • Respond to user application issues and enhancement requests in accordance to defined SLAs; work with vendor support organizations as appropriate to support internal teams
  • Complete system and access changes, ensuring that all required approvals are captured and documented
  • Help identify opportunities and root causes for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations
  • Complete testing during new system implementation projects and for scheduled system releases
  • Create systems documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, test scripts, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or MIS, or strong understanding of Quote to Cash operations
  • 4+ years' hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue
  • Experience using Zuora Workflows for automation and configuration
  • Problem-solving ability and ability to collaborate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Zuora Administrator
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working with Intacct
