Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Group Delivery Lead to join our Loans Enablement Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple agile engineering and product teams, translating platform strategy and product roadmaps into coordinated execution plans that drive predictable delivery of enterprise platform capabilities.


  • Drive PI Planning readiness, cross-team planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release coordination, and delivery governance while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and other disciplines as needed.


  • Operate as a delivery leader capable of understanding distributed systems, platform services, APIs, cloud-native technologies, and engineering architecture sufficiently to identify delivery risks, facilitate technical decision making, and enable effective execution across complex initiatives.


  • Establish delivery of transparency through data-driven metrics, flow analytics, and executive reporting while continuously improving predictability, backlog health, quality, and delivery outcomes across the Group.


  • Build strong partnerships across groups to proactively identify and resolve cross-platform/cross-group dependencies, integration challenges, and impediments impacting strategic initiatives.


  • Coach and develop Scrum Leads while fostering disciplined agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adoption of the Platform Operating Model.


  • Champion the responsible adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices and automation to improve planning, forecasting, delivery insights, and operational efficiency.


  • Influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels by communicating delivery of health, risks, options, and recommendations through clear, concise, data-driven storytelling.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 10+ years of experience leading delivery of large-scale technology initiatives within Agile environments, including experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.


  • Demonstrated technical fluency with modern software engineering practices including cloud technologies, APIs, distributed systems, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, software delivery lifecycle, and enterprise architecture concepts. While not expected to perform hands-on software development, the successful candidate must be able to engage credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders.


  • Proven experience managing cross-team dependencies, release planning, delivery governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder communications within complex enterprise technology organizations.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using delivery metrics, flow measures, forecasting, and data-driven decision making to improve delivery performance.


  • Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior business stakeholders.


  • Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks and leading PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and continuous improvement activities.


  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing Scrum Leads or other delivery professionals through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and/or organizational leadership.


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
