Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions

  • Own the architecture and delivery of significant front-end systems and the design system they draw on.
  • Lead decisions on interaction patterns, component architecture, accessibility, and front-end performance.
  • Set and uphold UX and front-end engineering standards across the team.
  • Partner with design and product as a peer, often driving the UX direction for your area.
  • Mentor UX Engineer I and II teammates and provide high-signal reviews of code and experience.
  • Reach across the stack to deliver complete features and unblock the team.


Other Skills & Abilities

Deep front-end expertise-mastery of React and HTMX, HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS-plus strong, demonstrable UX and visual-design skill. Proven ownership of front-end architecture and design systems, plus full-stack fluency (minimal APIs in C#/F#). Strong judgment on UX trade-offs and the ability to align engineers, designers, and product.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant front-end / UX engineering experience.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
