Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing credit and collections personnel.
• Experience managing customer credit risk and collection strategies.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit analysis, financial modeling, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit and collections activities to enhance cash flow and minimize overdue balances.
• Manage customer credit risks through reviews, limit recommendations, and monitoring.
• Oversee efforts to collect payment on high-risk and delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to address disputes and payment issues.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging and collection performance to initiate improvements.
• Develop and mentor the credit and collections team to meet performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards regarding collections.
