Full Job Description
Essential Job Functions

  • Lead credit and collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce past due balances.
  • Manage customer credit risk through credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and account monitoring.
  • Oversee collection efforts and resolution of high-risk, delinquent, and escalated accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to resolve disputes and payment issues.
  • Analyze AR aging, collection performance, and risk trends to drive improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, coach, and support the credit and collections team to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collection procedures.

  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit analysis, financial modeling, aging management, cash flow, and bad debt controls.
