Position Description:

We're looking for a strategic, relationship driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead full cycle recruiting for complex technology positions supporting high profile enterprise initiatives.

In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders and business executives to attract top technology talent across software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, consulting, and digital transformation disciplines. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and data driven decision making to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and an outstanding candidate experience.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast paced consulting environment, enjoys building talent pipelines for hard to fill technical roles, and wants to directly influence business growth through strategic hiring.

This position is located in Boston, MA and a hybrid working model is acceptable. Partners should be prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead full cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions from intake through offer acceptance.
. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring priorities and workforce planning.
. Conduct intake meetings to define technical requirements, market conditions, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, competitive market research, and other innovative sourcing channels.
. Identify, engage, and cultivate passive technical talent across multiple technology disciplines.
. Screen and evaluate candidates through behavioral and technical qualification interviews.
. Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
. Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, competitive market intelligence, and recruiting best practices.
. Coordinate interview processes and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
. Prepare, negotiate, and extend employment offers while partnering with Human Resources and business leadership.
. Maintain active pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future hiring needs.
. Ensure recruiting activities are accurately documented within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and comply with company policies and employment regulations.
. Analyze recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time to fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes to continuously improve recruiting performance.
. Participate in employer branding, recruiting process improvements, and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.
. Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and executive leadership while serving as a consultative talent advisor.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional recruiting experience.
. 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience supporting Information Technology, Digital, or Professional Services organizations.
. Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions including software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data engineering, DevOps, ERP, or consulting professionals.
. Advanced sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing platforms.
. Proven ability to identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
. Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
. Experience managing multiple high priority requisitions in a fast paced, metrics driven environment.
. Excellent interviewing, negotiation, relationship management, and candidate engagement skills.
. Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions and process improvements.
. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
. Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP compliance.
. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Preferred qualifications
. Recruiting experience within a consulting, systems integration, or professional services organization.
. Experience supporting enterprise scale technology hiring initiatives.
. Familiarity with U.S. employment based immigration processes, including H 1B, PERM, and employment authorization considerations.
. Experience with CRM platforms and talent community development.
. AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition certifications.
. Experience using recruiting analytics and market intelligence platforms to develop hiring strategies.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $176,300.00.
