As a
Senior Technical Producer on the Central Compliance and Release team, you will partner with Engineering and Tech Leads to align on the product technical plans against Mobile 1st Party Platform guidelines and collaborate with Publishing to develop best practices to maximize the marketing potential of titles. You will lead passionate, cross-functional teams to achieve player value through the planning and integration of 1st Party Best Practices and requirements into their products. Your strong vision and leadership skills will ensure we stay one step ahead of the needs of our 1st party partners and game teams by building trust and a deep understanding of their pain points. You will collaborate with teams across Riot to successfully integrate requirements against dependencies, risk factors, and success criteria. You will oversee delivery, build work systems, maintain execution, and provide initiative leadership with visibility on complex deliverables. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Production on Riot's 1st Party Operations Team.
Responsibilities: - Develop 1st Party product and development strategies with tech teams across Riot
- Plan technical brainstorm sessions between 1st Party Platform Partners (e.g. Sony, Apple, etc.) and Riot technical/game teams to overcome blockers and develop new features
- Decompose requirements into technical execution plans for products to successfully launch and continually update on 1st party platforms
- Provide actionable insights to product teams and drive impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Marketing, Payments, etc.)
- Drive discussions to integrate platform technical, legal, and business compliance (SDK/APIs, parity, etc) across workstreams
- Investigate technical issues and deliver solutions towards 1st party standards, technical opportunities, and best practices
- Partner with Publishing and Legal to review contract language and clearly disseminate obligations contained within each contract
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Producer, Release Manager, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Product Manager working with 1st party platform development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of Mobile game development lifecycle and processes, gaming ecosystems or gaming platforms, technologies, and 1st party processes
- Experience working with Apple, Google, Microsoft, Sony, and/or Nintendo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints tailored to any audience
- Ability to understand and engage with technical teams on highly complex projects
- Understanding technical components of projects including architecture, tools and deployment practices that development teams employ
Desired Qualifications: - Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, submissions teams, and developers to deliver high-impact solutions
- Familiarity with TRC, XR, Lotcheck guidelines and 1st party toolsets
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management software such as JIRA, Trello, Airtable, etc
- Experience creating product release and go-to-market plans

- (Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $185,200.00 - $258,000.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
