About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Experience Designer (Individual Contributor) to
champion end-to-end product design across complex digital ecosystems. In this senior IC role,
you will bridge deep user research, structural architecture, interactive prototyping, and
pixel-perfect visual design-executing independently while collaborating seamlessly across
distributed, global timezones.
Key Responsibilities
• User Research & Insights: Lead qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, field
studies, usability testing) to uncover user pain points and validate design direction.
• User Journey & IA Mapping: Translate complex domain workflows into intuitive user
journeys, mental models, service blueprints, and scalable information architecture.
• Interactive Prototyping: Build state-aware, low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes to
validate concepts early with users and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Visual Craft & UI Design: Create highly polished, accessible (WCAG AA), and visually
compelling interfaces. Maintain and extend enterprise design systems using Sketch.
• Global Collaboration: Drive asynchronous and synchronous alignment with Product,
Engineering, and global design teams operating across multiple timezones.
Qualifications
• Experience: 7+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience, with 2+ years
leading craft as a senior/lead IC.
• Core Skills: Mastery across the full design lifecycle-from generative research and
structural IA to high-fidelity visual UI execution.
• Tooling Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Sketch (Symbols, Smart Layout, Libraries,
prototyping) alongside modern handoff and collaboration tools.
• Timezone Adaptability: Proven track record of operating in remote, distributed teams
using strong asynchronous communication strategies.
• Portfolio Required: Case studies demonstrating end-to-end design execution, research
artifacts, interactive prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
