Full Job Description
As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist, you will help shape and optimize our supply chain as we build out our team. As a member of our Supply Chain team, you will be part of bringing our product vision to life. Your work managing supply execution will be key to bringing our latest products to current and future Oura members. You will work closely with our logistics and commercial teams to ensure we meet delivery commitments, hit financial targets, and optimize customer experience.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across various departments to support our business objectives.

What you will do:
  • Oversee global supply execution across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
  • Utilize AI tools to build dashboards, increase visibility to data, simplify workflows, and track key metrics
  • Develop and execute channel allocation plans with supply and demand planning teams; proactively mitigate risks to support customer quotes, commitments, and revenue goals
  • Manage inventory allocation across 3PLs, ensuring optimal availability aligned with financial targets.
  • Monitor production execution against plan, identifying exceptions and resolving supply issues promptly.
  • Coordinate supply strategy for NPIs and peak execution cycles, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and enhancing execution tools, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, finance, retail, commercial, and supply chain leadership to align operational plans.
  • Manage end-to-end inventory across the supply chain - tracking stock levels, monitoring aging inventory, and proactively mitigating excess and obsolescence (E&O) risk.


This is a hybrid role, the candidate should be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office 2-3 days per week

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply or Inventory Planning, Logistics or a related field
  • A background or familiarity with consumer electronics or consumer goods space
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, very well organized, and data-driven
  • Familiar with using AI tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1 Base Pay Range: $112,000 - $140,000
