Full Job Description
We9re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Supply Chain Technology & ERP Engineering team and own NetSuite as the operational backbone of Oura9s supply chain and logistics network. This role designs and delivers the system solutions connecting NetSuite to 3PL, carrier, and reverse-logistics partners, and drives the data foundation Supply Chain leaders rely on to plan and report with confidence. What You Will Do 37Leads NetSuite-side design and delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding, hitting go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs. 37Drives the Supply Chain data maturity initiative, raising NetSuite and Supply Chain system master data quality to support trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting. 37Owns the integration of a new supply chain visibility platform, giving stakeholders real-time shipment and inventory visibility. 37Designs and implements the integration for a new global reverse logistics partner, enabling scalable international returns processing. 37Serves as the primary point of contact and NetSuite subject matter expert for Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders, translating business requirements into system designs that scale. 37Partners with Integration & Automation Engineering to reduce point-to-point integration debt in favor of reusable, API-based services across the supply chain systems estate. Requirements 377+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience, including 3+ years hands-on designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (consulting or in-house). 37Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners. 37Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions - including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments - that scale with the business rather than patch it. 37Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning technology as they relate to NetSuite workflows. 37Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical designs into terms non-technical stakeholders can act on. 37Uses LLM assistants (e.g., Claude) daily as a working thought partner for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with sound judgment about when AI is and isn9t the right tool.
