Leadpages is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help shape how we grow next.

This isn't a traditional campaign marketing role. We're looking for a builder, someone who loves experimentation, moves quickly, and is energized by turning ideas into measurable results. You'll own growth across acquisition, activation, and conversion, launching new channels, running product experiments, and building the systems that help us scale.

You'll join a small, ambitious team operating with startup speed inside an established business. That means you'll have the freedom to test, learn, and ship quickly, without waiting for perfect conditions or lengthy approval processes. One day you might be launching a new acquisition channel, the next you're improving onboarding, building an AI-powered workflow, or creating a landing page to validate a hypothesis.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, action, and a willingness to get hands-on. If you're excited by ownership, experimentation, and using AI to amplify your impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing
  • Build and prove new acquisition channels. We rely heavily on paid search today. You will stand up LinkedIn, then expand into channels we have not yet tested, and own them end to end.
  • Run experiments inside the product, not just the ad account. You will ship and test changes directly, with a marketing lens on the user experience.
  • Scale our story across channels. Marketing leadership sets the positioning. You make it travel: a consistent stream of channel-ready content and campaigns that reach the right audiences. You purpose-fit the message to each channel; you don't rewrite it.
  • Reach two audiences. You will run growth for both Leadpages' upmarket audience ($99 to $399 per month) and HTML Pub's entry-level creator and developer audience.
  • Build your own tools. You will use AI, automation, and no-code platforms to create landing pages, internal tools, and workflows without waiting on engineering.

We move fast here, and we will know quickly whether this is working. This is what an aggressive, successful start looks like.

Your first week. You ship. You will have access to the product, codebase, and analytics on day one, and something you have built is live and collecting data by Friday. This is not a thirty-day listening tour. You also come back with a clear point of view on the single biggest leak in how we acquire customers today.

Your first month. You stand up at least one channel beyond Google paid search, starting with LinkedIn, with live campaigns, clean tracking, and real trials attributed to them. You ship experiments on a weekly cadence, not a quarterly plan. You fix whatever you need in order to read results, including pushing code to make our attribution trustworthy. You draft the first version of the growth playbook with the Head of Marketing and CEO, and you build at least one tool or automation the rest of the team uses.

Your first six months. Google is no longer the only channel carrying us. One or two net-new channels contribute meaningful, qualified trial volume, and you can prove it. A repeatable experiment engine is running, with a documented playbook behind it. Trial volume and new revenue from the channels you own are materially up from where we started. And you have built a library of pages, tools, and automations that let the team do more without adding headcount.

What we'd like to see in you
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally including a move from self-serve toward upmarket or mid-market.
  • A track record of shipping independently. You build landing pages, automations, and campaigns yourself rather than briefing a team or agency to do it.
  • Fluency with AI as a daily working tool. You have built your own workflows, agents, or internal tools, and you can show the results.
  • Strong writing. You can turn a technical product into a clear, compelling story.
  • A bias toward action. You move quickly, test often, and make decisions from data.
  • Comfort with ambiguity. You can operate without a finished playbook and help build one.
