Full Job Description
The Challenge

We're seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to define and directly execute on our AI platform that powers every agent, copilot, and intelligent workflow across our product portfolio.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this role owns both the strategic direction and hands-on delivery of the shared AI systems that underpin how we build intelligent experiences - including tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning, governance, and evaluation services.

You will determine which capabilities become platform building blocks, ensure they are consistently applied across agent workflows, and personally lead the most critical product work required to bring new agents and platform services to market.

Success in this role means building the reusable platform foundation that accelerates every future agent while directly driving the highest-complexity launches, product definitions, and cross-functional decisions that turn strategy into shipped outcomes.
Your Mission
  • Define the AI platform strategy by setting the multi-year vision, investment roadmap, and capability architecture that powers every agent, copilot, and intelligent workflow.
  • Establish the reusable AI product system spanning tools, MCP servers, memory, orchestration, reasoning APIs, governance controls, observability, and evaluation services used across the portfolio.
  • Shape the agent portfolio strategy by partnering with product and solution leaders to determine which capabilities should become shared platform investments versus domain-specific experiences.
  • Set organizational standards for agent quality and trust including evaluation frameworks, telemetry, policy boundaries, UX conventions, human-in-the-loop controls, and safety guardrails.
  • Drive product leverage across the organization by creating abstractions, patterns, and operating mechanisms that enable multiple teams to ship agents faster with higher consistency.
  • Translate executive AI strategy into your strategy and execution systems through platform roadmaps, reference architectures, PRDs, reusable schemas, and launch frameworks that scale across teams.
  • Own ecosystem-level success metrics including portfolio adoption, capability reuse, team velocity, inference quality, latency, workflow completion, trust signals, and expansion into new agent use cases.
  • Coach product leaders on AI platform patterns by raising the product craft for how teams design, build, measure, and scale agent-native experiences.
You Are

A strategic, execution-oriented product leader who thrives in ambiguity and delivers on the highest-leverage work. You balance long-term platform vision with hands-on execution, turning complex AI capabilities into shipped customer outcomes. You're collaborative, technical, and deeply accountable - a doer who drives alignment, owns tradeoffs, and delivers results across teams.

Your Experience Includes
  • 8-12+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in AI, platform, infrastructure, or highly technical SaaS environments.
  • Deep experience owning platform roadmaps, PRDs, schemas, APIs, and reusable capability systems that scale across multiple products.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, Architecture, and GTM teams.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple teams around shared platform investments and customer outcomes.
  • Experience with agent systems, MCP servers, orchestration frameworks, tools ecosystems, or AI workflow platforms strongly preferred.
