About the RoleWe're looking for a
Senior Specialist on our
Partner Integrations team to manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. Externally, you'll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you'll strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate world class integrations. This will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You will report into a Manager on our Partner Integrations team which is a part of DoorDash's Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.
As a Senior Specialist, you will rapidly generate new ideas while taking ownership over metrics and moving them in the right direction. You will put together product visions, and synthesize complex analyses - all while leveraging AI to uplevel how we operate. You will stay at the forefront of how AI is reshaping the work, actively exploring new tools, automating repetitive workflows, and finding ways to accelerate timelines.

- Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
- Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
- Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform, transforming strategies into operational experiments.

You will push the boundaries of what's possible with AI in your day-to-day work, and share what you learn with the team.

Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact initiatives
- Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
- Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
- Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required

CompensationThe successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$87,000-$128,000 USD
