Job Description

The Vice President, Client Enablement is key to the successful enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and complex remediation plans. Partners with a variety of complex and important clients, including Major clients, depending on level of experience and ability. As part of the Client Enablement family, this role is focused on optimizing client experiences through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration, fostering an environment that supports BNY's strategic pillars of client-centricity and operational efficiency. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Works to achieve the success and client enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and complex remediation plans.
  • May be engaged to participate on delivery plans across products and platforms.
  • Partner with our clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements which leverage our standard product and service offerings or remediate acute issues impacting client health.
  • Works through or defines delivery plans for client implementations of one or more products, services and platforms or complex remediation plans.
  • Contributes to, or oversees and governs, the implementation and set-up of products and services by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Delivers or creates and delivers effective communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Implement change control processes in response to client requests, in partnership with other practices and platforms.
  • Participates in or manages the implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholders; collect feedback and integrate into future processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • May engage in activities related to sales support, including creation of RFPs and/or consulting with clients on requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is desirable.
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Proven ability to innovate and drive process improvements

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
