OverviewAs a
Senior Full Stack Developer, you will design and build scalable, high-performing applications that support complex, business-critical and transactional platforms. You will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop modern user experiences, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Must-Have Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in:
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in Angular, React, or similar frameworks for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Back-End Development: Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) OR Python with FastAPI for developing scalable, high-performance services.
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of:
- RDBMS: Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- NoSQL: MongoDB, ELK, or similar technologies.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Solace, MQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including:
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible scripts and HELM charts.
- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability and willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior developers, promoting engineering best practices.
- Experience building and supporting transactional and financial systems.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications- Experience with Python web frameworks, such as Flask or Django, for lightweight web development.
- Domain expertise in SWIFT Payments and ISO 20022 standards.
- Experience with payment-processing applications, such as:
- Payment Hubs
- Wire Engine
- Wire Room
- Similar payment platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP, and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating security protocols, such as JWT and OAuth, into applications.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
