OverviewThe Media Supervisor - Video leads the strategic development and execution of video campaigns for the Lexus Dealer Association, ensuring plans are insight-driven, operationally sound, and aligned with broader cross-tier objectives. Working closely with the Media Director, you will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams and account stakeholders. You will use tools such as NMI, eMarketer, and MRI to develop recommendations that support communications goals; oversee the accuracy of plan setup, budget tracking, and billing reconciliation; and proactively identify optimization opportunities based on MMM insights and KPIs. You will also mentor junior team members, cultivate strong vendor relationships, and educate field teams on video strategies.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Planning & Recommendations- Contribute to the development of LDA video strategy and plans across Lexus Dealer Associations nationwide, rooted in business goals, audience insights, marketplace dynamics, media performance trends, and broader cross-tier objectives.
- Translate research and audience insights into clear channel recommendations, investment rationales, and strategic points of view.
- Use media planning and research tools, including NMI, MRI, eMarketer, and other relevant resources, to establish communications goals and develop video plans designed to achieve them.
- Finalize recommendations and secure stakeholder approval.
- Stay current on video trends and platform updates, and regularly share relevant insights with broader teams.
Activation, Stewardship & Execution- Manage day-to-day planning workstreams, including campaign setup, budget allocation, authorizations, partner deliverables, budget tracking, billing, and reporting.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal teams, partners, and account stakeholders, moving planning workstreams forward and keeping deliverables on track.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and develop integrated performance summaries and strategic recommendations based on data trends.
- Develop and finalize client-facing presentations, recommendations, and strategic materials that clearly communicate video strategy, investment rationale, performance, and recommended optimizations.
- Identify and lead process improvements that streamline execution, improve accuracy, and strengthen team workflows.
- Manage and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Four to six years of media planning experience, with strong knowledge of linear television and streaming video.
- Experience developing media plans, managing budgets, reviewing performance, building strategic POVs, and communicating investment recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
- Familiarity with media planning, research, and reporting tools such as NMI, eMarketer, MRI, MMM outputs, and campaign reporting platforms.
- Experience overseeing campaign stewardship, budget tracking, billing, and reconciliation across active media campaigns.
- Ability to translate data and performance insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables at once.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for internal and client-facing interactions.
- Ability to translate data into actionable media planning decisions and process improvements.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $115,024.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
