Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with hands on experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, and DevOps, along with experience leading teams, driving architecture decisions, and managing end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Develop scalable Node.js microservices and React.js applications.
- Design and implement AWS cloud-native and serverless solutions.
- Drive API integrations, event-driven architectures, CI/CD automation, and production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Manage sprint planning, estimations, technical risks, and delivery governance.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Expertise in React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, IAM, and Step Functions.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Git, SonarQube, and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Kafka, and RabbitMQ (preferred).
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and RBAC security frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, architecture reviews, technical risk management, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and deliver scalable distributed cloud-native applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and enterprise-scale distributed systems.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to $193,440
