Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Strong technical competency with a combination of customer-facing experience and strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities - Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
- Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Work as an AI-First SWE Engineer, who puts themselves directly in the customers' environment to understand and solve their issues.
- Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to develop products and solutions with an AI-First mindset.
