About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of Sana Learning and adjacent Workday HCM solutions with customers through product, instructional design, and implementation expertise. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting learning systems, requirements capturing, configuration, instructional/content design, data conversion, and testing. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
Responsibilities
- Master Sana Learning and at least one adjacent Workday product (HCM Core, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting)
- Configure Sana Learning and adjacent Workday modules to match each customer's learning content strategy and requirements
- Apply instructional design principles to consult with customers on learning content structure, taxonomy, and authoring best practices
- Translate client business requirements into configured solutions; build and demonstrate prototypes; support client testing
- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday
- Partner with the Integration team on testing integrations between Workday/Sana and third-party or custom systems
- Apply Workday's Implementation Methodology to the functional/configuration workstream
- Mentor and share product and content-configuration knowledge with fellow consultants
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience configuring enterprise learning or HCM software, or in a functional consulting/customer success role focused on content and system configuration
- Hands-on experience configuring at least one Workday HCM-suite product (Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting) strongly preferred
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company required

- Proven project management experience and a passion for customer service
- Naturally curious, always learning, and treats every challenge as a growth opportunity
- Strong functional/configuration skills with an eye for learning content design and structure
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders on content and configuration decisions; excellent communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements-gathering ability
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Workday HCM/Learning certification a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $131,500 USD - $197,300 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD
