Senior Salesforce Functional Lead
Lead II - Enterprise Solutions
UST is searching for a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead for the largest Salesforce CRM platform. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
The opportunity:
• Business Engagement and Requirements Refinement
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, Advice Centre, Ops, Risk and Compliance, Private Banking and across other cross functions to understand business process, user journey and refine requirements
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and walkthroughs to translate business needs into clearly defined functional requirements in Epics
• Strategic Solutioning within a Regulated Environment
• Leverage Salesforce Financial Services cloud industry best practices to design strategic solutions that meet business goals
• Configure Proof of concept on salesforce demo environment to showcase to the business PO or Stakeholders for quick alignment on solution.
• Present to Architectural Design review board for alignment on solution where building custom components
• Delivery Execution Oversight
• Guide functional designers within the team to convert refined requirements and solution specifications into actionable user stories for the squad developers, ensuring a clear path for development, configuration and integration
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads to manage backlog and prioritize features based on business impact
• Define KPI's, success metrics and acceptance criteria tied to the business value
• Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Enablement
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes (reduce manual handoffs, introducing automations wherever possible)
• Work with Product Owner to advise change management and training content to ensure successful adoption

What you need:
• Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education
• 5+ years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce and 3+ years' experience financial industry
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions on a scale in a highly regulated, enterprise scale environment
• Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle and financial compliance
• Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes
• Ability to lead conversations with cross functional teams and engage effectively with executives, senior leaders and technical teams
• Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, confluence and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation Range: $104,000-$130,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
