Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketer to join our West Region marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving proposal development to support our growth in Southern California focusing on our power, solid waste and organics, and industrial market sectors. You will develop persuasive proposal documents and interview materials, showcasing our engineering capabilities and experience with impactful messaging. You will also lead the development of client plans that drive market expansion and revenue growth. In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: 34 Lead the development, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials, including layout utilizing existing templates and brand standards. 34 Collaborate with other marketing coordinators, project managers, technical staff, business development leads, and pursuit teams. 34 Evaluate technical and non-technical content; write non-technical text; and edit and proofread all marketing communications for clarity, messaging, and persuasiveness. 34 Lead the development of interview presentation materials and coach interview teams. 34 Lead capture planning, conduct market sector research and competitor analysis, develop winning strategies, and provide message development for pursuits, including graphic development. 34 Prepare, update, and organize data in company systems, including pursuit information, project profiles, resumes, references, photography, proposal documents, and other marketing files 34 Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorships. 34 Support business development leads, client managers, and teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development, and pursuit capture planning. 34 Train and mentor team members on business development and marketing best practices. 34 Perform other duties as needed.
