Description As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-faceted projects that support business process improvements and strategic initiatives across the Faculty Practice Group and broader UCLA Health system. Reporting to the Manager of the Program & Project Management Office, you'll collaborate with executive leaders, operational teams, and clinical partners to implement best practices, streamline processes, and deliver measurable results.
You'll oversee projects from initiation through completion-managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables-while ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective communication, and smooth change management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects and programs across departments to drive operational efficiency and organizational improvement
- Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of key outcomes
- Develop and maintain project documentation, risk assessments, and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across diverse teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Apply change management methodologies to support adoption and sustainability of new processes and initiatives
- Mentor project management team members and promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
- Leads regular team meetings, establishing clear goals and objectives, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and strategic priorities

Salary Range: $100,170 - $218,715/Annually
