Full Job Description
We create memorable, strategic experiences for both virtual and live events. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager (Trade Shows, Events, Permanent Installations) to help bring these moments to life. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone behind custom-built trade show exhibits, brand environments, and large-scale event activations. You'll own the details, drive the schedule, solve problems in real time, and collaborate across teams to deliver flawless results. You'll also play a key role in supporting our Global Estimating process.

What You'll Do
  • Champion and uphold all internal processes and policies with accuracy and consistency.
  • Use project management systems to keep communication clear and aligned across all operational teams.
  • Partner closely with Account Services to ensure every deliverable is on track.
  • Troubleshoot challenges proactively-whether client-facing or internal-keeping projects moving smoothly.
  • Support Global Estimating by preparing precise, timely cost estimates.
  • Manage projects of any size with confidence and minimal oversight.
  • Apply production knowledge to guarantee accurate, high-quality outputs.
  • Work with Design to select finishes, confirm availability, and secure approvals.
  • Keep projects on or under budget through strong decision-making and oversight.
  • Build and maintain work-back schedules; communicate changes quickly and clearly.
  • Develop and steward Implementation Plans (IP) to keep all teams aligned.
  • Source materials, manage vendor relationships, and handle purchase order requests.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor and supplier services.
  • Reconcile all operational elements of a project thoroughly and on time.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to help evolve processes and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers and Project Coordinators, helping grow the next generation of talent.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 8+ years of project management experience in the exhibit or events industry-or equivalent experience.
