  • Lead complex construction projects from estimate to close-out: providing full accountability for execution, schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment across Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects
  • Own project financial performance, including cost reporting: forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, and margin management, while exercising delegated commercial authority and managing risk, claims, and disputes
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams: selecting key personnel, mentoring project managers and superintendents, setting clear expectations, and creating a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a senior point of contact to resolve issues proactively, maintain strong partnerships, and ensure alignment with project objectives and broader business unit strategy
  • Champion health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) by leading safety culture, ensuring implementation of project-specific safety and quality programs, complying with regulatory requirements, and driving measurable HSEQ performance outcomes
