Graham is actively recruiting a Senior Project Manager to support the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is suited for an experienced construction professional with a strong business unit and client focus. The Senior Project Manager is a collaborative team builder who leads key relationships across clients, project teams, external stakeholders, and field supervision. Fully proficient in technical, leadership, and communication skills, the incumbent oversees complex projects from estimate through close-out, managing all aspects of project financials, safety, quality, subcontracting, labour, and equipment. Leveraging internal areas of expertise, the role ensures compliance with corporate policies and management systems while maintaining a long-term, strategic view of the business unit's goals and their alignment with broader corporate objectives. The position will take on a key role to help deliver a Progressive Design Build project in the Brantford area.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects from estimate through close-out, ensuring performance across safety, quality, cost, and schedule
  • Manage overall project financials, including cost control, forecasting, change management, invoicing, and authorized contractual commitments
  • Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance by implementing project-specific programs aligned with regulatory and corporate standards
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact, proactively managing relationships, communications, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.


The Right Tools for the Job
  • Education & Certifications: Technical trade certificate required; diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; Gold Seal Project Management and Certified Safety Officer (CSO) certifications required
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience, with demonstrated ability to lead complex Level 2 and/or Level 3 projects
  • Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, financial and contract management skills; proficiency with Graham Toolbox systems (Estimating, Field, Project Administration) and Microsoft Office; deep knowledge of construction methods, safety, and quality management systems


Compensation
  • Salary Range $170,000 to $185,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
