Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team. The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and database systems
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing applications and systems
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and performance

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in application development and systems analysis
- Strong experience with SQL Server, database design, and query optimization
- Experience with modern Windows-based and web-based application development such as C#, .NET, and Python.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
