Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a critical, high-visibility organizational transformation initiative within a complex technology organization. This strategic leader will orchestrate decisions across the executive suite, design and implement new operating models, manage highly dependent workstreams, track value delivery, and ensure long-term strategic alignment. The role is structured as approximately 70% Program Management and 30% HR Transformation Support, serving as the central operational lead for organizational restructuring initiatives involving offshoring, outsourcing, and organizational redesign. This is a hybrid position requiring two days onsite per week and candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead alignment, decision-making, and execution among C-suite executives and senior leaders across Technology, HR, and Finance.
• Drive enterprise-wide organizational transformation and hands-on implementation of new operating models.
• Design and execute organizational change management strategies to support sustainable cultural and operational adoption.
• Analyze complex financial models and track budget and financial model changes throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Define strategic KPIs and establish tracking mechanisms to measure and demonstrate delivered business value.
• Manage multiple highly dependent tactical workstreams and ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Develop and manage the integrated master transformation plan across HR workstreams.
• Facilitate governance routines and maintain risks, issues, actions, and decision logs (RIAD).
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of dependencies and decisions.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and steering committee presentation materials.
• Coordinate organizational design activities, future-state structures, and position mapping.
• Track workforce impacts, including roles transitioning offshore, outsourcing vendor transitions, and reduction-in-force (RIF) activities.
• Own coordination of talent mapping, selection decision logs, and updated job descriptions and role profiles.
• Reduce administrative workload for HR Business Partners by managing workforce planning, organizational design tracking, and implementation readiness activities.
• Coordinate readiness checklists across HR, Legal, Finance, and Communications for each restructuring wave.
• Support outsourcing and offshoring transitions by tracking vendor milestones and knowledge transfer activities.
• Execute a comprehensive communications strategy and calendar in partnership with Corporate Communications and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Develop and coordinate communications materials including leadership toolkits, FAQs, and talking points for managers and impacted employee populations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure transformation milestones and transition activities remain on track.
• Travel to Michigan or New Jersey may be required occasionally.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level program management, specifically leading large-scale organizational transformations.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders within complex technology environments.
• 5+ years of direct experience supporting large-scale workforce transformations, organizational redesigns, shared services implementations, or reduction-in-force initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience tracking and coordinating offshoring transitions, outsourcing models, vendor management, and knowledge transfer execution.
• Strong familiarity with HR Business Partner operational workflows, talent selection processes, and employment compliance structures.
• Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment, actions, and outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing financial models, budgets, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Deep experience defining KPIs and tracking outcome-based value realization.
• Strong program governance, executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
• Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with two days onsite per week.
