Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and planners to ensure schedule adherence and efficient workflow.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary for material shortages or equipment downtime.
• Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and throughput.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to ensure material availability aligns with production requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule attainment and inventory levels.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities to cross-functional teams.
