Full Job Description
Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery of products. This role works closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Materials, and Customer Service teams to balance customer demand, production capacity, and inventory levels while minimizing disruptions and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, inventory requirements, and available resources.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and planners to ensure schedule adherence and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address material shortages, equipment downtime, or changing priorities.
  • Analyze production capacity and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and throughput.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams to ensure material availability aligns with production requirements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to schedule attainment, inventory levels, and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate schedule changes and priorities to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and supply chain optimization practices.

Language Requirements
  • Conversational to advanced English required.
